As our orders are individually personalised for each individual customer, we don’t offer returns or exchanges, except for non-personalised envelopes.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please get in touch with us ASAP before we begin to work on the proofs for your order.

Postal Issues / Delays

You should receive a tracking number with your dispatch notification when we ship your product. To check the whereabouts of your order, please use this number on the Australia Post website.

If there has been a delay of more than a couple of days past the estimated shipping time, please get in touch with us and we can contact Australia Post for you. Occasionally a parcel might be delayed, and we are usually able to liaise with Australia Post to locate it and get it to you asap.
