Do you offer custom designs?

While we can offer limited customisation of our base templates, we don’t create custom designs from scratch. This is because our niche is to offer understated elegance without the price tag - by offering pre-designed suites, we are able to offer wedding stationery that is more cost effective than design studios.

If you are after limited customisation of our base templates, feel free to get in touch and we can discuss if this is something we can do.

How long is your order processing time?

What shipping methods do you use?

Where is your cardstock sourced from?

We care about our beautiful world and ensure that all our card stock is FSC accredited, meaning that it is sourced ethically through responsible forestry practices.

Can I request a change to a different design / style after the proof stage?

Once we receive your order, we will be creating your proof based on your design selections and included text. You will not be able to make major changes to your selection after ordering.

Do you offer printable files?

Some of our items only come in printable files, such as our large signs (welcome signs, seating chart signs) as they are too large for us to print. You will receive a personalised PDF ready for you to print at a local printing shop near you.

We don’t generally offer printable versions of other items, but if you are interested in discussing this further please get in touch with us.

Do you offer envelope printing?

Yes we do! You can select the printing add-on when you purchase our C5 invitation envelopes.

What is your privacy policy?

Mila & May will only ever use your personal information for the purposes of fulfilling your order. These include details such as your email address to contact you with the design proof, or your shipping address for delivery of your order. You can expect to hear from us via email after placing your order.

Once your order is complete, we will not use your personal information for further contact. If you’d like to stay up to date with our latest designs and work after your order has been complete, feel free to follow us on social media.

Please note that all designs and products are the property of Mila & May. We use photos of our work for marketing purposes, such as on our social media or website. We do this to show future couples what we might be able to create for them! If you have any concerns about this, feel free to get in touch with us.
